The group ‘What is Jazz’ is a multifaceted group of young musicians with a deep, curious and cross-genre interest in music and other arts. They embrace traditions, examine them and try to create their own art based on them. As active artists in the region, they seek to broaden their horizons with a clear realisation, no matter what you call it: it's about music, about art.Last year, the formation played exclusively their own compositions at the Fill In International Jazz Festival, the Altstadtfest Saarbrücken and the Theater im Viertel, among others.

Sunset Unplugged is a series of free summer concerts held each year in the courtyard of the Kulturhuef.
